WOW Animals is an animation series for preschool presenting Bio, Capy, and Tufo traveling the world, meeting different wild animals and teaching curious facts about their habits and habitats in colorful short episodes.
I helped build up the pilot to level the grounds for the short series in-house production, making research, sketches, concepts and scripts, based on already existing character materials and redesigned content.
From content research, I helped develop the episode structures, created scene compositions and designed additional clothing for the main characters, assets library, and established optimizations for rigging and animation processes.
A challenge was to make the scenery and animals visually accurate while keeping it simple and appealing to kids. I created a clean design with some artistic license without giving up the beauty and complexity of Earth's flora and fauna.
Capy's Stage is one of the funniest moments of the show, a space that represents her creativity and imagination. She mimics animals using simple and handmade assets, encouraging kids to create their own costumes at home, to which I created many of them.

The title screen also got a redesign and fresh animation.
